Currently, she’s in the news for allegedly being the third wheel in the marriage of Bollywood’s most popular superstar, with whom she has a few films in the pipeline.

Curious to know exactly what it is about her that makes even committed men go weak in the knees, this successful action star has reportedly sent feelers to the actress about working together in the near future.

The Robot star will add razzle dazzle to Shahrukh Khan’s superhero flick 

Once upon a time, Shahrukh Khan was supposed to play the title role in Mani Shankar’s Robot which eventually went to superstar Rajinikanth. Simultaneously SRK started working on his own sci-fi superhero film RA.One and when Robot released, he realized that his film was similar to the Rajini-starrer. RA.One was re-written and now that the film is all set to release, Shahrukh Khan is going all guns blazing with the marketing of the film. There are cameos that have been added in the film and the latest entrant in the list of cameos is the daddy of all cameos ever. King Khan has managed to get Rajinikanth to make a guest appearance in his film, which is a first in Bollywood. The shoot for Rajinikanth’s scene will take place in Hyderabad. A source adds that, Rajinikanth will shoot for RA.One on October 3 at Ramoji studios in Hyderabad and will deliver a hit dialogue from his film Baasha – “naan oru thadava sonna, nooru thadava sonna madhiri” (When I have said something once, it should be assumed that I have said it a hundred times). With this RA.One will get the support of all Rajinikanth fans all over the world. We can’t to wait to watch SRK share screen space with the legendary superstar Rajini saar!

Aamir Khan was seen in rather unforeseen mode, while shooting for the first episode of his maiden TV chat show. The shooting of the first episode, which took place recently, turned out to be quite an emotional affair.
  
A source from the production unit revealed that Aamir broke down quite a few times, during the shoot and had to take breaks in between to get back to his normal self. And, it was not just Khan who got emotional, a lot of people among the audience cried in between as well.

The whole atmosphere on the sets turned somber and serious. Aamir’s wife, Kiran Rao, who isn’t creatively involved with the show, was there by her husband’s side to comfort him.

The source further added that Aamir didn’t meet the people beforehand, as he wanted to retain his spontaneity and thus, his reaction during the shoot was very natural.

The shooting went on very quietly. Reportedly, the team of the show had been working on this idea for over a year.

 Actress Scarlett Johansson is threatening legal action against anyone who posts the nude photos of her that hit the Internet on Wednesday.  Johansson's lawyer, Marty Singer, has issued letters to websites that are running the photos — one of which shows her topless, another shows her standing with a towel covering her front side with her butt exposed in a mirror — noting that they must take the photos down and that they are "stolen copyright protected private photographs," according to TMZ.  The lawyer's statement continues, "The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless. 

If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly."  E! News confirmed that the FBI is currently investigating who may have hacked the actress' computer or other device and leaked the photos. "The FBI is investigating a person or group responsible for a series of cyber intrusions of high-profile figures," FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said. "This would include many devices — could mean a computer, desktop, laptop, iPad, cell phone ... intrusions into personal online accounts too."  Johansson is one of many celebrities who have been targeted by a ring of hackers who gained access to their personal information, including Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus, Jessica Alba, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato.  

On the same day that Johansson's photos hit the Web, TMZ reported that Mila Kunis had also been hacked. There are reportedly four photos of the actress floating around, including one of the actress in a bathtub and one of her with an unidentified male. There are also reportedly two photos out there of Kunis' "Friends With Benefits" co-star Justin Timberlake. He is lying in a bed in one and wearing pink underwear on his head in another. Kunis is not featured in the pics with Justin.

Salman Khan’s secret girlfriend - a Romanian blonde?

 

 Salman Khan seems to have learnt how to keep secrets from the fourth estate. The superstar is now linked with a pretty Romanian news presenter Iulia Vantur, who has visited India twice and admits to have befriended Salman.

A Romanian magazine has let the cat out of the bag by claiming that Iulia and Salman have been in constant touch ever since they met.

Iulia is a great lover of the book ‘Eat Pray Love’ and while tracing the journey of the book’s protagonist, she first landed in Mumbai with her boyfriend Marius Moga, who, being a musician, knew a couple of Bollywood producers. It’s through them that Iulia first met Salman.

During this trip, Iulia was smitten by India and she visited a lot of holy places.

Iulia’s second trip to India, in the summers this year, came after she broke up with her boyfriend. This time she stayed for about a month and a half and became quite close to Salman.

The Romanian magazine Ciao quotes Iulia as saying: “My luck was that in that period the final scenes of the latest box office success movie, Bodyguard, were being filmed with actors like Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Hazel Keech, actors that are adored by the Indian public and whom I had met previously during my first visit to India, with whom I became friends.”

Iulia is also touched by Salman’s secular nature and his insistence on respect for all religions. The magazine also said that Iulia and Salman talk on daily basis on BBM.

 

 

        The stars and makers of the forthcoming Bolywood film Mausam were shocked. Yes almost. At the time when they were preparing to see the film released, they were abruptly told that that the film’s release has been postponed by a week.
The release of the film starring Shahid Kapoor and bollywood beauty Sonam Kapoor has been delayed because it has not yet got the ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) from the Indian Air Force (IAF).
The producers had planned a simultaneous international and domestic release, he had failed to meet the deadline for the international print, which was to be dispatched on Wednessday.
Just a day before Mausam was to be premiered in the Toronto Film Festival, the film has been sadly pulled out of the event. The organizers informed that they were reported from the studio that Mausam failed to receive regulatory approvals by the Indian Air Force and hence the film could not be screened this week at the festival.
The film was set to have three screenings at the Toronto Film Festival, and a press conference with the world media was due for the film’s makers, but unfortunately all plans lay wasted because of the last minute pull out on Tuesday.
Sheetal Talwar, producer of the Shahid-Sonam starrer, expressed his disappointment, “We are very disappointed not to be able to present the world premiere of ‘Mausam’ in Toronto and accept full responsibility for our absence.” He explained, “We ran into a delay getting approvals from the Indian Air Force and the Board of Film Certification in India.”
Just on the eve of an international release the much awaited bollywood film faced unfortunate consequences and so does the ticket buyers at Toronto Film Festival who will now have to go through an ticket exchange process instead of enjoying the film.

She’s apparently working very hard to plant herself firmly in actor Salman Khan’s camp,even as his protegee Sonakshi reportedly gets upset with anybody who tries to get close to him.
Sources close to Anushka say that she has Salman on top of her priority list and is sending out feelers to work with him.

“Anushka is a product of (filmmaker) Aditya Chopra’s production house which has got two films with Salman. She has already conveyed to everyone around her that she’skeen to do a film with him under the same banner. Salman’s been on her wish-list for sometime now, but it’s only now that she’s been actively working towards it,” says a source.

She has also been overheard praising Salman and his latest release at numerous occasions. Although she has a couple of films in her kitty and has already allotted dates for them, sources close to the actor say she is ready tojuggle the dates if she gets a chance to work with Sallu.
Meanwhile, it is learned thatthough Sonakshi has five films in her kitty, none of them are with her mentor.Apparently,her role in the sequel to Dabangg will be reduced to make room for other characters.
“Sona is still a regular face at Salman’s dos, but are not as close as they are not working together anymore. Anushka is keen to step in now and fill up the void created by Sona,” said the source.

Snapshots of a passionate kiss that Ranbir Kapoor shares with his debutant co- star Nargis Fakhiri in Rockstar are doing the rounds on the Internet.
Quite smartly, the liplock photos have been leaked online at a time when the first trailer of the Imtiaz Ali film has been launched on television and has generated ample buzz.
Ranbir is set to share sizzling chemistry with the half-Czech, half-Pakistani Nargis with whom his name was linked as soon as Imtiaz launched his ambitious film last year.

While on smooching, the way things are going for Ranbir, he seems to have hijacked the title of Bollywood's serial kisser from Emraan Hashmi. The rising superstar had kissing scenes with all three heroines - Deepika Padukone, Bipasha Basu and Minissha Lamba - in his 2008 release, Bachna Ae Haseeno . His 2009 release Rocket Singh - Salesman Of The Year saw him share a liplock with newcomer Shazahn Padamsee.

Rockstar , the biggest film in Ranbir's four-year-old career yet, is set for a November 11 release. The film was initially slated to open this week, on September 9, along with the Imran Khan-Katrina Kaif romcom Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, but inordinate delays owing to reshoots pushed the film back by a couple of months.

"The makers of Rockstar must be hoping that the leaked online liplock snapshot should whet public appetite for the film some more," an industry insider said.
The buzz doing the rounds about Rockstar right now is that the story is a new- age reinterpretation of Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay's Devdas set against a rock music backdrop.
In this context, sources add, Rockstar has another heroine whom Imtiaz is fiercely guarding from the media glare.

REPORTS coming in indicate Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan, who have been claiming to be buddies lately, have received offers to star in the remake of Rajkumar Santoshi's 1994 cult comedy, Andaz Apna Apna . Ranbir has reportedly been offered Aamir Khan's role from the original while Imran is expected to play Salman Khan's character. Santoshi, who will direct the remake, has apparently sent feelers to both actors.
Incidentally, Imran recently said he didn't favour remakes but would do the film if he was offered uncle Aamir's role.

 Kangana Ranaut's ex boyfriend Adhyayan Suman claims that Kangana ‘destroyed’ him during the one year they dated each other. The actor has also accused Kangana of flooding him with abusive calls.

The bitter relationship between Kangana and her former beau came to light when Kangana Ranaut reportedly falsely claimed to be the face of Hollywood celebrity Paris Hilton’s brand in India. Adhyayan Suman then came out in the media claiming that it was he who had first introduced Kangana to Paris Hilton. According to Adhyayan, Kangana is now very angry at his statement and keeps flooding him with abusive calls ever since her fake claims have come out in the open. The actor also accused Kangana’s aides for harassing his mother over the phone.

Actor Shahid Kapoor said he has not found the person with whom he wants to spend his life.

Shahid is flying high…literally. After all, he is playing an Indian Army pilot in his father Pankaj Kapoor’s directorial debut film Mausam.

Shahid shared a candid conversation with Komal Nahta on the show Bollywood Business.

Speaking on his experience with Sonam Kapoor, he said, “Sonam talks a lot; I actually had to ask her to keep her mouth shut. However, I must say she has a great understanding of fashion, infact every time I am out for Mausam’s promotion, I need to take an approval from her for my attire.”

Confessing his 'mistake' of being too choosy, Shahid shared, “I have to start doing three movies per year. Bahut galti kar di. Itna choosy hone ke baad bhi kitni filme nahi chali, to phir kya point hai.”

Mausam being written and directed by Shahid’s father, Pankaj Kapoor, is making Shahid pretty nervous.

Explaining it further, he said “Two years back, dad gifted me Mausam’s script on my birthday. I was very nervous initially, as I had to act in front of Dad whom I consider to be one of the finest actors in the country.”

The movie consumed almost 2 years of Shahid’s life and now when the movie is on the verge of release, Shahid shared, “I can’t sit still these days.”

Finally speaking on his current relationship with long time rumored girlfriend Priyanka Chopra, SK stated, “I won’t say anything until I find somebody with whom I want to spend my life. I haven’t found that person so far.”

Amitabh Bachchan has dismissed his Hollywood debut in Baz Luhrmann's 'The Great Gatsby' as a mere friendly appearance.

The 68-year-old has been friends with Luhrmann since the director met him last year during his India visit and Bachchan has not taken any remuneration for his brief role of Meyer Wolfsheim, a shady businessman.

“My participation in Baz Luhrmann's film 'The Great Gatsby' is a mere one scene appearance as a friendly gesture. Baz Luhrmann during his private visit to India last year, had dropped by my office to meet me and presented me with some paintings of a prominent painter that was accompanying him. He called last month and wondered if I would do this small role in his film and I agreed. It is a gesture. I have refused any remuneration on this too,” Bachchan wrote on his blog.


The movie, which is an adaptation of F Scott Fitzgerald's classic, stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Gatsby, Carey Mulligan, Daisy Buchanan and 'Spiderman' famed Toby Maguire.

Bachchan will play Meyer Wolfsheim, who helps DiCaprio's character make money when he first comes to New York after the First World War.

“I have gone down to Sydney and had a preliminary reading of the script with the entire cast and done hair make-up costume rehearsals. It has been a wonderful experience to be a part of their system and to observe with what detail and diligence they work,” he added.

Luhrmann is a big fan of Bollywood and Bachchan and says his fascination for Hindi cinema began when he saw Sholay.

Even as the shoot for Shirish Kunder's JOKER is on, work on film's VFX is in full swing while editing is also taking place simultaneously. One wonders how is Akshay Kumar reacting to working in a film like this where currently it is pretty much a green field project where ultimately VFX and special effects would decide the eventual look and feel of a scene. Hasn't it ever led to any doubts in his mind since this is his first ever experience of working in such a setup?

"You are forgetting that we had worked together in JAAN-E-MANN as well and there in the opening sequence itself Akshay found himself in a space craft which was all courtesy VFX," smiles Shirish, "Even otherwise Akshay isn't someone who asks too many questions.""Yes, in general though there have been a few instances where my actors have been a little perplexed on seeing the kind of sets I have put together. Like a leading lady may be expecting some dhinchaak song-n-dance set but end up seeing something entirely different in a film of mine," he laughs, "Even Akshay has been taken by surprise a couple of times on realizing the kind of setting I have put together for a particular scene. But then as I said, he never complains and always goes by his director's vision."

Shirish isn't overtly bothered about surprising his actors or making his viewers continue to speculate about what indeed is in store for them.

"I guess I would have to live with this unless I start doing things the way they are required to be done in a conventional manner," he laughs, "Till then I am excited to be in the space that I am in and enjoying how people react to my work before and after seeing the end product."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Momma-to-be....talking about the unfortunate death of  fashion photographer Gautam Rajadhyaksha....

"Saddened by this news...he was such a loving, special person. Deep condolences to his family and may his soul rest in peace and he will be missed!" Aishwarya said in a statement. Rajadhyaksha passed away in Mumbai early Tuesday following a heart attack. He was 61. In one of his earlier interviews Rajadhyaksha, had said that from Nutan, Hema Malini, Lata Mangeshkar to Madhuri Dixit, Lisa Ray and Aishwarya, all were his favourite muses.

Reports of similarities between 'Endhiran' and ''Ra.one'' have been surfacing since SRK's film went on the floors but the Bollywood actor claims that his release is different.

They (Endhiran and Ra.one) are different films and how to compare. Ours is a different film. I will not like to talk or claim about anyone elses film but Rajni sir is respectable to all of us. Actually, we have a tribute to Rajni Sir in the film. We love him," Shahrukh told reporters here last night.

''Ra.One'', a science-fiction superhero film directed by Anubhav Sinha, stars Shahrukh, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal in lead roles. It also stars Shahana Goswami, Dilip Tahil and Chinese-American actor Tom Wu in supporting roles.

While ''Endhiran'' directed by S Shankar featured Rajinikanth in dual roles--as a scientist and an android robot--alongside Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Shahrukh said his film is indigenous and made in India.

"Everything you have seen is produced here?we are proud of it and have done a great job. We have taken the technology forward and we should be proud of it," he said.

Besides, ''Ra.one'' will also be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu for the southern audience. "The film will be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu. Dubbing for Tamil and Telugu is going on simultaneously. Also, we intend to dub the film in German and some other languages," he said.

I knew no one in Bollywood when I started my career. I was an established model but was finding my foot in the film industry.
I was a fresher when I met Salman but he saw a potential and encouraged me in many ways. Salman Khan has supported me right from the beginning of my career and is one of my closest friends till date.
He has taught me the nuances of acting and he was the one who gave me an insight into this industry – how it works and the nitty gritties of it.
However, he has never interfered with my decisions, he has never instructed me about not doing a movie or to sign for a particular project.
It is totally false that he asked me not to work with certain actors. I have a chosen a career that requires me to be in the spotlight all the time.
People keep writing about my personal life and so-called on-and- off relationship with Salman, but it doesn’t bother me anymore as it’s a part and parcel of the entertainment industry. About my relationship status, I am single and Salman is a great friend.

Salman Khan has been spotted in Dublin,Ireland...shooting ...for EK Tha Tiger....Salman’s first venture with the Yash Raj. Ek Tha Tiger is the story of a scientist from Trinity College who is suspected to have a key role in selling missile technology secrets to Pakistan. 

In order to find out more on the professor, a secret agent is hired by the Indian government under the code name ‘Tiger’. In the course of his mission, he falls in love with the professor’s caretaker, Zoya played by his ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif....

Who said legends are above petty behavior? A respected senior star reportedly called up a prominent Bollywood trade analyst last week to complain that the first-day box-office estimates that the analyst had announced for the new Salman Khan starrer Bodyguard were “ridiculously inaccurate” and “much higher” than the “real numbers”. The star is believed to have chided the analyst for his “over-enthusiasm”, and for misleading people in the industry and beyond who took his information seriously.

After explaining that these were estimates obtained from various distributors across the country, and after assuring the veteran star that the film’s business was indeed looking very good, the trade analyst decided not to declare any further estimates until actual figures were in, out of respect for the senior.

But when the real numbers started coming in, it became clear that the film had performed much better than had been originally estimated, making as much as Rs 22 crore on its opening day alone—a record even the film’s makers hadn’t anticipated. The analyst waited patiently for the star to call and offer an apology for his earlier unnecessary attack. Not surprisingly, the star never called. No apology was offered.

The analyst still can’t decide if the star’s initial outburst was on account of a genuine concern for accurate reportage (bah!) or for the simple reason that very few in Bollywood can happily digest good news concerning someone other than themselves!
